Thank you for choosing Chromatic Labs. The following terms apply to any products you have purchased from us.

Eligibility

We offer refunds when:

  • The service is not delivered as promised due to our error
  • A technical issue on our platform prevents access to paid features, and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable timeframe
  • You cancel within the refund period outlined below

Refund Period

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the payment date. Requests after this period are not eligible.

Non-Refundable

Refunds will not be granted when:

  • You change your mind after purchasing
  • You fail to use the service during the subscription period
  • The issue is caused by third-party software or tools

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your payment receipt, order ID, and a detailed explanation
  3. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
